I am a Swiss alpine skier studying in Salt Lake City. I grew up in Switzerland near the mountains and started skiing as a kid. Ski racing has always been my passion, and I started competing when I was eight years old. First, I raced regional races, and then I was able to start at nationals. In my youth, I won several national titles in the technical disciplines. During my FIS career in Europe, I lowered my points every year and fulfilled the criteria for the Swiss National Ski Team. While being a member for the last three years, I competed in several European Cup races and started to focus more on Giant Slalom. The biggest highlight of my career so far was competing at the World Junior Championships in Panorama (CAN) against the best skiers of my age. Thanks to ski racing, I was able to see so many beautiful places and learned a lot of life lessons. Since August, I have been pursuing a bachelor’s in business administration at Westminster University.
